Water supply:Malikawa Garu community, hails their Federal Law maker over multi million naira project

People of Malikawa Garu in Bichi local Government area expressed their satisfaction for the progress of multi million naira Dam construction work going on in their area as constituency project by the national assembly member representing Bichi local Government Engineer Abba Kabiru Abubakar Bichi.

This was disclosed by the village head of Malikawa Garu Alhaji lurwanu Idris Malikawa Garu when he paid a visit to the site of the project.

Alhaji Lurwanu Idris Malikawa Garu said if the project completed it will boost Agriculture and socio economic development of the people in his domain and their neighbours.

He commended the national assembly member for the project and assured that people of the area would not relent their efforts in supporting any move that would move the area forward.

The village head then urged contractor handling the project to entensify efforts for the completion of the project on time and appealed to federal government Agency supervising the project to release more funds to the contractor in order to facilitate him to complete the work in time.

He also urged people of the area to continue praying for the sustaining of peace and stability in the area, state and the country in general.
